Data Processor

The web hosting (Aruba S.p.A. Via San Clemente, 53 - 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG) P.IVA 01573850516 - C.F. 04552920482), is appointed as data processor, processing the data on behalf of the owner. Aruba is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards (privacy policy of VHosting).
Google is appointed as data controller, processing data on behalf of the owner (Google Analytics).

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185/99, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product(s) within the term of 14 working days from the receipt of the goods by sending the supplier a written notice by registered letter with return receipt containing:
- the manifestation of the will to withdraw from the contract
- the description of the product purchased
- the date on which the order was placed
- the details of their bank account (Bank, no. of current account, ABI and CAB codes) in order to allow the supplier to refund the purchase price.
The notice may also be sent within the same period by email provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

In order to obtain a refund of the amount paid, the Consumer, again within the term of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, must return them substantially intact to the supplier by mail or courier.
The goods must be accompanied by the freight document attached at the time of delivery.
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the communication in which the Consumer expresses the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, the supplier will refund to the Consumer the price paid for the purchase of the good by bank transfer. The refund refers only to the price of the good, as highlighted in the order note, net of shipping and bank charges. Are in any case charged to the Consumer the direct costs of returning the good to the sender (art. 5 paragraph 6 Legislative Decree 185/99).


All products of NEOLIFE are manufactured with high quality raw materials and the most modern methods. Should a product fail to meet the requirements that NEOLIFE guarantees, the dissatisfied customer may request:
a) an exchange with NEOLIFE products of equal value to those purchased, i.e.
b) a credit voucher for the purchase of other NEOLIFE products of the same value, i.e.
c) a refund of the full amount paid for the purchase of such products.
The customer's claim may be made to the Distributor or to NEOLIFE.
The warranty does not operate with respect to products that have been used not in accordance with the instructions on the label or that have been purchased in non-original containers or packaging.
